I was in rent empty house to wait her to sign the papers for two

I was in rent empty house to wait her to sign papers for two days even I gave her agreement 20 days ago. she said she was busy, so could not come early. until 11:11pm, she brought cash with two men and another woman. I was only one stupid woman. how could I accept the big cash at such late night. who could make sure the cash was not fake cash? I asked she to live in hotel for that night at 10:15, she asked me to wait again. why she could not give me cashier check? she could get cashier check in next day and came back again.

why she forced to accept cash?
