房客没签约，没cashier check。东西到了我的车库，我怎样让她把东西拿走？谢谢。

我确实收了holding deposit 我反复告她我只收cashier check，合同上只勾了cashier check. 但最后时刻发现她只带$15k现金。我拒收。拒让她进屋。

她说让我赔她$3000. 然后，她拿东西走。

我告她我宁愿给律师。

我律师说他替我发信，我还没见到这信。我也不知这信是干嘛的。

我房子已空了一礼拜了。

我怎样让她把东西拿走？
