我应该怎么办

有一事难以启齿， 每想起此事，愤恨不已，感觉窝囊。在我来美之前，糊涂之下和一公司领导发生性关系，最卑鄙的是他有性病。事发之后，他拒不承认，只是以其他借口付了1万治疗费，但这事给我造成很大伤害，精神&身体。后悔不已，
1。如果能利用他作些什么，多少可减轻一些，他至今仍在高位，可我不知何从要挟他。
2。公布与众，证据不足，不想丢人。 我该怎么办， 请各位大侠赐召。什么媒体可自由发表新闻。
