查了一下Craigslist上的discriminatory preference, 好像单写no pets 是不合法的。

你要是加上handicap/disability人员用的狗是允许的，也许就没事了。
看来你这广告里写not pets, 那就要用到前两天引起极大争议的 except as.....这个词了。

  • postings describing the complex as unable to accomodate people with disabilities (eg. "units are not accessible", "no pets, even seeing eye dogs", etc)
