They said they want to rent this house (with three units) for their employees. It started with one of the two owners who was brought by an agent to look at one of my units. After he knew that I had two other units, he took a look at them and said that his brothers ( three of them) might be interested in the other two. So he brought them over and they decided to rent the whole house.

I want to put both of the owners as tenants, list all four of them in the lease, then ask both of the owners sign the lease. Does this sound right ?
