请问-- 我该要LLC 的owner 签租房的Lease agreement 还是所有住的人都签

有一个LLC 想以LLC 的名义租我的房给employee住。我该让LLC为tenant，owner签lease agreement ，还是让所有的要住的人为tenant，所有的人都签名呢？  有些不是很sure。谢谢！！！
