我打了roommate的听证的结果

法官去掉了aggregated assault的指控,但是保留了simply assault的指控.要正式进入审判程序,但是这个人说他没有受伤,没有禺血,没有用冰. 我现在该怎么办?对身分有什么影响? public defender说, 我要被判一年,外加驱逐出境. 我不过推/打了他三下,有这么严重吗?
