You are able to make such a claim,

in other words,
Had your employer not made deductions from you illegally, you would  still have had been paid  on a “salary basis.”. you were not able to make claim now,  no matter how many hours(even more than 40 hours) you had worked


你并不是要求overtime pay at time and one-half the regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 hours in a workweek.
