Bad Lawyer laying to me

I'm American Chinese woman, My ex-husand get my son custody in July
2002. because, He has lot of moneys. and fand good lawyer,I lost
trial, My lawyer very sick at trial day , She does't want go to
trial, and she tell judge changed other courtday but, judge not
allow her change.


I lost my house and my son custody, I need pay child support ever
month.

I filed appeal to appeal court. I wait almost two years, I lost
appeal case.I own $40,000 legal fee now.

My ex-husand get my son custoday after,he doesn't take care for
my son. they live different place. my son lived with my-ex-husand
mother. my son only 6 years old, he often need home work help,
grandmother can't sepak English well, and drice car.

I want my son go back to me, I filed modification for my son more
visitatation and custody to court in Dec,2003 , new judget allow me
have more visitation on Feb,2004. but, father still not allow me see
my son. almost two years, I only see my son two weekend only once.
father not allow me see my son on holiday.

I'll going to new trial on Dec 2004, I still filed modficaiton for my
son custody and more visitaiton. I don't have money to pay lawyer
I won't use low income legal serves.

two years father not lived with child, he lived with his girlfriends
at my house now, my son not allow lived at house, he only live with
grandmother. my son missed mother so much.. and he always want lived
with his monther.

I need peoples give legal advice ASAP.... please help a mother get her
son back, God please help me...
