买学区房受骗，怎么办？

买房子时listing上是top school,而且我们的经纪人还专门写了一封信给卖方说我们为了给三个小孩上好的学校非常想买他们的房子。结果搬进来后带孩子去那所学校去注册，人家说我们属于两分钟路程以外的另外一个不咋样的学校。立刻傻眼了。怎么办呀，第一次买房子，其他都很小心，没想到最重要的一点却给搞砸了，不然不会买这个房子，也不会出这么高的价。这房子还不错，就是这下三个孩子上私校的钱到哪儿去弄呀。

请问这种情况我们有什么补救办法？多谢!
