Is there survey 和 is there encroachment，虽然都是现在时态，可以一个是名词，一个是动名词，survey存在了就一直is，encroachment要进行中才is。

我不知道第一个问题里的boundary survey是不是你邻居“迫使”你去做的那个survey。是你自己多事去做survey，做了以后不要故意否认。

你去看disclosure的提示，他们都是说“*If you answer "Yes" to a question with an asterisk (*), please explain your answer and attach documents, if available and not otherwise publicly recorded. If necessary, use an attached sheet.“ http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=64.06.020

所以你要么去public record，要么自己留一个拷贝以后卖房的时候给人家disclose。躲不过去的。

第二个问题没有什么难理解的，我问你现在有没有病，不要把以前治好的病拿来多事。
