多谢！这两个问题都是现在时态。。

1：“is there a boundary survey for the property?”您觉得这个其实可以因为是现在时态，我们卖房时因为当时并没有在做survey，所以可以填“No”？

2：“are there any encroachments, boundary agreements, or boudary disputes?”您的意思是，我们虽然并不知道邻居家移回去的L形的fence是不是真的准确地移回界限上或者他们界内了，因为这个问题是现在时态，也是可以填“No”？
