提车时我不知道要把每一个已经损坏的部位标明

非常感谢大家的热心相助。提车时我绕车检查了一下，看到一些小的damage，诸如一小块油漆碰掉之类。我反复问那个agent,“Oh, here is something, oh, here is another chipped paint, you know your car, right?" 她只说"it's not perfect."并未告诉我我可以要求她把车上已有的damage标在合同上。所以合同上并未写有damage. 但是，在"no damage"那一栏中也并未选项。我还车时被告之损坏了车辆，我马上拍照，并且把别处小的damage也拍照了。因为我想他们的damage estimate 上并未提那几个小的问题，如果打官司我可以讲这些小的damage早就有，可是也没有标在合同中，所以证明那个大的damage也是早就有的。我之所以生气是因为怀疑他们有意敲诈。因为还车时他写出一个damage report,声称“front panel and door were damaged",但是我们就站在车边，车门是完美无缺。我问他"this piece is a door, this piece is front panel. There is nothing on the door, why did you write that way?"他说："this is the way we word it."这是明显欺诈。我当时一个朋友可以作证。有高人快告诉我下一步怎么办。
