每人求偿$25K也不是太离谱。真叫了救护车，没十万估计解决不了了的。

我同事开卡车被人追尾，当时没事，车连漆都没破，过后感到颈部疼痛，被要求在家歇一个星期。 再加上去理疗什么的，怎么也得花上几百一千的。

请不请律师和你保险额，即败诉你要赔多少，有关。  假设你是每人保$20K, 输了你要赔$15K， 如果请律师就要花$10K, 我觉得就算了。
