Just because the other lawyer tells you to do something, doesn't mean you have to follow his instructions.  After all, he is working for the other side.  不要怕前怕后的，在美国就做美国事，叫保险公司的律师。I told you, call your insurance company, and ask them to take care of EVERYTHING。
