There are three types of residential lease
1. fixed term, such as your 2011 lease
2. periodic tenancy
3. tenancy-at-will, no set period.

２０１１合同是fix term lease, ２０１３／７终止。续签的权利是合同２０１１里面的。租户在２０１３／７之后没有

从２０１３／７到现在是month to month periodic lease or tenancy－at－will，不知道你和他具体的默契，因为没有书面lease.

但是，这两种lease房主都可以任何时间中止，但是房主要给房客合理的提前通知时间和书面通知。书面通知最好是registered mail

请自己学习Michigan法律，不要想当然，仔细阅读理解
