回复：可能是你和你律师的代表关系不明确

对，现在这个代表关系是不明确的。

所以，我想知道的是，这种closing之后的纠纷，买房时的律师是否仍然有责任负责处理还是我们之间需要重新签订一个合同来确定这个代表关系。
而这个买房律师自己也没提此事。
