这个担心不是多余的。现在的邻居已经搬走了，要求我们签的agreement里面提到这个许可是随时可撤销的，而且只要这个driveway需要resurfacing或者replacment，我们就需要把过界部分移走。很不巧，driveway今年好像就有必要做resurfacing。而且，不知道新来的邻居closing之后会不会直接提出让我们移走。

在这件事情上，不是说我们占了对方的地就觉得赚到了。我们从来没想过还会有这种事情。
