Cash, if community property, should be divided 50-50.
You may get something from his 401K, assuming he has more in his plan.

It is hard to get full custody of your children. Most likely, it will be one child per parent, or 50-50 custody split. There are many factors in child custody determination, not very easy to answer your question without knowing more information. Once custody is decided, you may get child support too.

You may be able to get some alimony, depending on how long your marriage is.

If you want to fight for custody, get an attorney.
