工作跳槽法律问题请教

 

曾与现公司签合同说，离开此公司后，12个月内不能应聘任何竞争对手公司的类似职位。 

对于一个不是公司的重量级人物，真要这么做，有麻烦吗？  公司会为一小萝卜头打官司？
