文题是按什么时间估值

交易是在几年前。现在的价钱涨了。

几年前的交易成立吗？

若不成立，可以把wife's brother也扯进来，按现在价格从新交易吗？那wife's brother就得补偿差值。法庭会这样判吗？这样的话，就算是有惩戒了。这个问题很关键。

原始购房deed显示未婚，若在之前的原房主知道，会不会认为这房子还是他的？
