original deed showed the wife was unmarried even she was married at the time, then she sold as unmarried woman again. Her hu*****and didn't know anything.

The buyer is her relative and knew the fact she was married. the whole family is cheating.

how positive the judge will revoke the contract price and use current price? the fact is that the buyer is not innocent.
