德州房子 租户将整个房子墙上油漆涂脏。 需要重新粉刷。 预估 ￥5000修理。 租户没钱修理。  保险公司 拒绝 vendalism 赔偿。理由是租户 "no sign of forced entry and the damage was actually poor painting performane by tenant.  There does not, however, appear to have been any malicious intent on the part of tenant "
