主要内容

You will please take notice that your tenancy of premises herinafter desceibed in terminated effctive at the end of 60 days period after service on you of this notice.

you must peaceably vacate the premises and remove all of your personal property on or before the date indicated above. .....

This notice of termination of tenacy does not relieve you of payment of any financial obligation for rent owed until the actual date of termination of tenancy.

难道这个“actual termination of tenancy” 必须是他们指定的8/12号吗？我已经在6／26号电话通知他们了，我取消了7月份的房租支票，重新写了一张一直到7／14号的房租支票。他们还会纠缠这个30天notice的问题或者要求我付到8／12号吗
