Thanks so much for your detailed reply. we are in the same state(MD), but in different towns/cities (also in different counties). The price I paid for the iPad is less than $500.

Just wondering if I file the case,

1. Where (what department/office/court) should I go to file it, or get further information about how to file a case?

2. If I file the case, by any chance, will I be be revenged/harassed by the seller since he will most likely know my name and address. The seller is a young black, which really brings my concerns.

3. Do I need to get a lawyer?
