多些谢猫版主。我也提及再推荐人给B，但因为是用我的名义 Bid的D公司的项目，所以没法换人了。但是现在D公司还在对我们做background check, 所以最终是否能拿到D的项目没到签合同的那天谁也不知道。目前我的A公司跟谁都没有合约了，但是我担心的就是那个Non-compete clause里的 ＂not be eligible to perform the function of this SOW or any project substantially similar in complexity, scope, size, and geographic location to work described in the SOW directly with any incumbent Customer(s) supported by this SOW for a period of one year following termination, without the consent of the Buyer. This provision shall survive the termination of the WA, SSOW and the Base Agreement。不知道有哪位contract结束后转了full time也遇到有相同条款的是怎么解决的？至于buy out我查了跟B的所有agreement里没有任何细节是说如果违反了这个条款应该有何补偿或赔付之类的。那么是随B开价吗？
