请教大家，我父母探亲来美，我正在准备给他们申请绿卡。本来准备130和485一起提交，却发现我父母没有开出生公证（他们带来了婚姻证明，里面有写他们的出生年月日，但是没有出生地点和他们的父母的名字）。我现在有两个问题：
1。如果我先提交130，130下来后，再交485。那么130下来后，他们如果现在的探亲签证到期，485还没下来的话，他们可以继续呆在美国吗？还是只要提交了130，就可以一直呆下去？
-Techincally, they need to file I-485 to stay in US legally, but practically they can stay in US even if after their I-94/status expires without I-485 filing because their unlawful presence does not affect their future green card application under your sponsor.
2。485一定要出生证明吗？
-Yes, must provide it.
老人在中国哪里有出生证明啊？他们父母都去世了，我祖父辈的名字，户口上都没有，怎么开证明呢？
