亲人而不报警从而默认I-864，我可不可说因为联合税单有我的名字而我不同意I-864，从而让I-864无效？
-Because your spouse did not sign the I-864, it is invalid automatically. If you 报警, your relative will have big trouble and the beneficial of the I-130 will never get the green card anymore and will also be deported or banned to enter US. In my opinion, you may just let the thing go and if the immigrant will not actaully ask you to pay him/her financial support after he/she gets the green card and livies in US , then you lose nothing, right? After the immigant/green card holder gets the US citizenship, the sponsor has no any financial responsibilities anymore.
