I hope that can reach something favorable to you. Otherwise, I just don't think it would worth it to bring the lawsuit in FL. I am not sure whether you can do it in NJ, you will have to check NJ Civil procedure law, but I seriously doubt it. BTW, do you know those Indians' address?
