The indians live in Edison, NJ, my vacation home is 1 mile away from Disney, Orland, FL. Do I need to sue them in Edison, NJ, or Orland/Kissimmee, FL ?

both are far away from where I live.

thanks a lot for your advice. From these experience, I learnt it's hard to do business with Indians.
