I hired a local lawyer who was a former prosecutor. He checked with Department of Family and Children.  The lady said that she did not think I needed to take parenting classes after the visit to my house Wednsday morning.

Aslo, my lawyer checked the police report and said that it was very well written.  So he said he will have 99.99% of confidence to have this case to be dropped after the first court date.
