I am sure they were going to say you did not improve even with improvement plan so you are fired. I know what will you say: just take it. If fired then you have something to say in front of judge. However, if i can prove all my performance issues are lies, why should I accept the performance improvement plan? Accept the plan itself implies that I admit there is some deficiency on my performance. By the way, the performance improvement plan was installed abnormally on me: they let me travel first, then tell me you are in the plan one week already. I believe in the normal procedure, manager should discuss with me first about the plan, then I have the opportunity to express my opinion. If doing that, i would ask for an investigation on all my performance issues, which is not Visa wanted. By doing that, all lies would be revealed.

I think I said pretty clearly: Kin Yim was not Visa's employee. He was a contract consultant to Visa. He did not get salary/pay from Visa, and Visa did not do his performance review.
