Medical Bill问题

去年2月做了annual check,之后收到帐单３百多．打电话给保险公司，说因为医院提供的不是routain code, 我必需付deductable．又打电话给医院，医院说他们提供的是routain code.前前后后在医院和保险公司之间打了几十个电话,持续了几个月.　医院pass bill to collect agence,我又打了几十个电话去解释，到现collect agence 坚持让我pay, otherwise report to credit burean.　我现在应该怎么办？
