非常感谢majorindulgence的回复. EOB上说明是Diagonostic Radiology, 我当时做的是routain bone density exam.做之前我还特意打电话给保险公司确任. 医院的code是V49.81,他们说这个就是routain exam code,无法改其它的code.但保险公司说不是.
