As I said, you are still represented by the AAA attorneys so that a licensed attorney would not want to discuss the details of the case with you in fear of violation of ethical rules and possible conflict of interest. Any one without a law license trying to tell you what to do and how to do it in terms of case strategy will be an unlicensed practice of law. Unlicensed practice of law is a crime often defined by state statutes or court rules.

If you are not satisfied with the AAA attorney, talk to the insurance company to get another one.
