Of course  we talked to AAA and its attoney.     But AAA willing to pay $15000 to settle the case.    It is their policy limit.    From begining , they take a position that did stimulate the other side and try to offer to settle the case.      However, the other side want much more money.     I think partly because AAA laywer did not want to defend us strongly.     This is why I  work and ask our chinese friend here to

1.   The fact is,    a toyota pickup truck  hit  a toyota corolla  on the door side.    The driver and passengers of toyota corolla did not claim wound.     The driver of the toyota pickup did not claim wound either.     The passenger of pickup work with a lawyer try to profit from this case.      The passenger is not wounded I believe.    But he go to kaiser to see Chro proactical.    Clearly he is pretend to be wound and try to get more money from it.

2.   It is heaving rain days.    Traffic flow is about 40 mph.    The pickup truck claim he braked and try to avoid collison.    But failed.   So this is not high speed collison.   

3.    AAA lawyer told me he mainly try to settle in a way that won't need us to pay from our pocket.      He also said he could make the passenger looks ugly on the court.   But he don't  want to do that.      In other words,   he don't want to let other guy hate him.    Because he don't have money motivation to do that.        Unlike the other side lawyer.      So  it really up to me to fight and try to win this case.

 

4.   I am consider to defending myself  using chinese with court supplied translator.      I want to show this guy is pretend to be wound  in order to profit from this case.

5.  Please get into this case and help me brainstorm ideas to how to win this case.
