What do you mean by saying "401K遗嘱执行人"?

For his 401K, unless you sign (or have signed) a release form, he cannot give it to anybody else. You will be the beneficiary.

About "遗嘱执行人", I think he can assign whomever he wants.

I am not a lawyer.  I could be wrong.
