长期跨坛潜水.顶锅求教,轻砸!

外嫁近十年, LG 患忧郁症,近期感觉不能容忍lp独立,有自杀倾向,并想改他妹妹为他的401K遗嘱执行人.请问这种行为是否合法? 本人只求维护自己的合法利益.注: 多次送LG去看医师,被拒. Thanks a lot!
