(1)I have talked extensively to underwriters about this situation. They don’t allow a refund. 你买Seller卖,refund否是你和seller之间的事,不能由第三者来确定。seller和underwriters之间的事与你无关。

(2)You purchased the property in Feb / March AS IS and were asked to do you due diligence. 表面上这条不是明确的理由,很可能seller是埋下伏笔,他有很大空间运作这里。

(3)Our multiple attempts to give you the deed failed due to various reasons at the county. We were never notified by the city about the demolition until after it was done in August. 房子不能出售就退还定金。city和county的行为影响了房子的出售是seller和city/county之间的事,seller可以向city/county索赔,但这和退还定金没有关系。

(5)My suggestion is to pick a property from the previous lists I sent you as a replacement for Lavergne. 不接受这个建议。

你如果自己打官司,第(2)和第(4)里的“if”要多做研究。可以看出,对方来者不善,是有经验者,且有备而来。没有律师,凶多吉少。(非专业法律人士,试试分析而已)
