我在今年3月买了一处SALE AS IS的房产,当时被告知2个月内完成过户,可是他们以种种理由拖着,直到五个月后我不想再等了,逼问下才告诉我说,因为水道管路的问题市政府收回了那处房产。我又给了他们一个月的时间找一个我想买的房产,然而,我没能从他们提供的房产里找到合意的,所以在6个月后的今天,我告诉他们已经到了我当初给他们的期限,我想拿回我的买房钱。却被告知,他们不会给我退款,我只能从那几个烂房子中选一个。先不说那些房子值不值我当初买房的价钱,就是这样的无赖态度也气人,逼我买我他们卖不出去的房产,那些房子已经很久都没卖出去了。我只是想拿回我的房钱,可他们不肯。这是SELLER给我的EMail原话:
I have talked extensively to underwriters about this situation. They don’t allow a refund. You purchased the property in Feb / March AS IS and were asked to do you due diligence. Our multiple attempts to give you the deed failed due to various reasons at the county. We were never notified by the city about the demolition until after it was done in August. If the deed would have been switched to your name prior to the demolition our underwriters would not give you a replacement property.
My suggestion is to pick a property from the previous lists I sent you as a replacement for Lavergne.
但是DEED并没有转到我名下,这种损失我也不想白白承担,请问我应该怎么办?如何拿回我的钱?
