Disregarding Stop Sign的罚单问题

今天一出家门就吃一张Disregarding Stop Sign的罚单，我就觉得冤啊。一辆警车跟在我后面闪闪闪。我就停车了。一女警过来没好气地说我在家门口Stop Sign没停。我说我停了，也许没够三秒。她硬说我根本没停，还没好气地皱着眉说。还问我有什么不良记录没。我说我开车从来遵守规则，根本没不良记录没，自从会开车起。她还不信，拿了我的驾照和车证回到她车里在电脑上查了好半天才出来。然后她给我开了张Disregarding Stop Sign的罚单。我说我不同意，因为我没干。她说不同意可以上庭申述，先签了罚单我就放你走。我的态度一直很好，她一直皱着眉没好气跟训孙子似的。开到单位，我都快气死了。这女的怎么回事，这不成心欺负人吗，PMS(我可没歧视妇女，我也是女的)。我老板还说钱不多，算了，付了吧。我说凭什么，跟钱没关，要钱打发要饭花子，我捐都行。问题是，我停了，我付什么! 我一定要去法庭。请问遇到这种不讲理，随便就抓一人开罚单的怎么办。
