签了lease，就不能拍拍屁股就走。你总需要和对方解决了问题再走。 你这个事情，还不到说对方人品如何的地步。

你自己说已经提前解约了，对方说还没有解约。你有证据已经解约了吗？ 据你所述，就是moving out notice也是在房东的建议下刚刚发出。notice发过，如果lease里面有条款处理early termination，就按照规定处理； 如果没有条款，按照当地法律或规定处理。或者你以为自己推荐了新房客了，自己责任就完了，那你错了。
