请问老猫和大侠, $3575 依法我能退回多少?

在arizona, 7月27号电话上交1000定金给经销商( 同时也是安装商) 买liftgate, 当时没有说到退货的事,八月初把车开到那里,店里也没看到退货的条例.八月6号装上后取车,付余款2,575, 当时给的发票上写的 运费250 liftgate 2380 labor 945, 第二天发现升降机不挨地面,车箱低, 安装的也低,车底升降机手臂先触地, 托盘展不开, 过几天他们给调整, 挨地啦但托盘象翘翘板, 斜度太大, 勉强装东西但一升高, 东西会侧翻, 升到与卡车车箱地面平时, 厂家说明书上画的是托盘尾部稍微翘起朝向车箱内, 但我的是仍向车箱外有斜度, 货物会掉向车外, 后来我研究发现这个liftgate 不适用我的车, 车盘底, liftgate 不能展开, 但厂家说明书上写的数据适合用我的车.

生产厂家说和他们没关系, 也没问题, 能工作, 让我找安装经销商, 安装商说不能退货,让我自己拉回厂家找他们帮我代卖, 换他们代理的别的厂家的型号可以, 但我要付两个的钱和labor甚至还有卸下原来的labor.

当是的发票上写的是: company hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. company assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the item(s) sold or work performed relating to this transaction. in no event shall company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or any commerical loss arising out of this transaction.

warranties, either express or implied, made by the manufacturers on items sold by company may apply. company may assist customer in making claims against such manufacturers, if requested by customer.

all claims for returned merchandise and cores must by made and accompanied by the applicable invoice within 30 days of purchase.
no returns after 60 days.
returns subject to a 15% restocking charge.(另外厂家 warranty上也有这条).


我怎么办,找消费者协会机构? 还是credit公司? 还是律师, court?
如按百分之15, 是总货款吗? labor 给不给退? 还有将来卸下的labor 该我出吗?
如果, 我急着要用别的,他们拒绝卸下, 而我想买合适的, 能让别人家卸下这家的吗, 装上新的, 卸的labor 我以后能找他们要回吗?
他们想拖延,退货期一过, 是不就不给退啦, 我怎么样?
