朋友在一间老美公司工作,老板经常不回他的email,说好除工资外还可以有佣金,但问他几次都不说是什么比例,提出要提高待遇,也是不理,不说行,也不说不行,请问这是怎么回事啊,我想要是个老美雇员,他应该不敢这样吧? 朋友很气,想看看有无法律手段可取,请大家提议,谢谢!
