My friend just like to know whether he has a case or not. The boss replys only emails that are important to him and ignores all others that are important to employee. This is not right. Talk to him face to face is difficult as one is in US and one is in China. The friend is thinking to quit but want to get what he thinks he should have before leave. Anybody could touch on whether could file a case against the boss? Thank you in advance for your opinion.
