OPT问题，紧急求助

大家好,

我是今年5月11号毕业的学生。学校的advisor说我最迟申请时间是毕业后2个月内，于是我在5月2号左右申请OPT，今天移民局说要我追加材料。我看到一种说法是必须要在毕业后2个月以内（7月10号）前拿到OPT，否则就要回国。我想请问大家有没遇到这种情况？是在2个月内申请还是要在2个月内申请到？
