The seller sold as is. Our agent helped us to find a terminix company to check it and made the estimate. So we decided to buy it because it did not cost too much. But now the report is different from the original one.Our agent said he did not know that and can only help us to contact with the company. But the guy who checked the termit let me ask my agent. I doubt that maybe my agent know it. How can I do? Thank you very much!
