I had a chest X-Ray exam 2 years ago. The I received two statements for this service seperatly. One is for perorming the X-ray( from the lab in the hospital), the other is for reading the X-Ray result (from a imaging PC) My insurance company paid the expense of performing x-ray to the lab. But the imaging PC kept sending me bill saying they didn't receive any payment from my insurance. So I contacted with my insurance and was told they didn't receive any claim and the claim needs to be filed agian. Then I callled the imaging PC to verify the insurance information and asked them to file agian. From that time, every month I still received the bill from imaging PC. When I contacted them, I was told they got no response from insurance. SO I called insurance again and I was told no claim was received. I tried to communicate with both parties because the imaging PC told me they don't responesible of calling the insurance. The only thing they can do is filing again each month. Each month I was ding the same thing and nothing sovled. They all blamed each other. Recently (after 2 years) I called the manager of insurance company to ask a better solution and they gave the imaging company their fax number the third times and finaly the claim is in my account. But I reveived a statement from insurance company later saying the payment was denied because it was out of the time frame (18 month in their policy). It is only $37. But I can't understand why things goes so complecated and noboday wants to take the responsebility. I called both companies more than 25 times and I am tired with that. How can I make this cycle end? Should I file anything in leagl procesure to make either party work things out quickly? Could I hear your great advice.
How to end this cycle? Please advice

If you think $37 is worth the trouble, then go ahead
