I don't want waste time, but I want to complain this poor service.They never got things right. I also have $250 balance on my PCP account. My insurance sent them a check with 0 balance. The PCP and I called more than 10 times and it was reprocessed by insurance 10 times. But they didn't pay anything to my PCP. Good thing is my PCP didn't bill me for that. I changed the insurance after one year contract.I feel like I need to do something to push them take the responsability. Thank you very much for the good advice.
