法庭通知只在以下两句话前面打了叉，应该怎么理解？

法官当时听完我的陈述，看完我的说明之后，问HOA他没有收到通知为什么要罚款？每个月罚300吗？一共是多少？再也没有问其他的，只说回去听结果。法庭通知没说是罚款，也没说是退款或是没说是精神损失费，只在以下两句话前面打了叉：
(X) Defendant shall pay plaintiff $2,200 principal and $60.00 costs on plaintiffs claim

(X) Enforcement of the judgment is automatically postponed for 30 days or, if an appeal is filed, until the appeal is decided
